Position: Spa TherapistLocation: Dubai ( U.A.E )Min. Experience 3 years Five stars Spa Hotel & ResortBasic Salary: 2000 dhs (two thousand dirhams) permonthFood allowance: 500 dhs (five hundred dirhams) per monthCommission: 750 dhs (seven hundred & fifty dirhams)guaranteed service commission per month for 2 years* Commissions are based on your performance 3% - 20 %* Retail Commission - 5% commission on all salesAccommodation: To be provided on a sharing basis with other staffTransportation: To be provided to and from the spa from staff accommodationUtilities : To be providedUniform: To be provided (3 sets)Working Hours: 48 hours a week (Split into agreed shifts)Probationary Period: 6 monthsNotice Period: 2 months (60 days)Contract Term : 2 years fixed contractMedical: To be provided as per UAE labor lawsSick Leave: First 15 days full payThe following 30 days will be paid at half payAfter 45 days - no paid sick leaveAnnual Leave: 30 days a year paid leave.Air Ticket: One annual air ticket will beprovided tohome country after one fully completed year of service.
