DRAWING ENGINEER

 Urgently required For:

DRAWING ENGINEER (MBP DRE 002)

Scope of Work

1. Re-check and validate all Engineering calculations, drawings, Material Take-off specifications and Cost Estimates for all projects under Central Services (CS) Engineering Department prior to be issued for approval (IFA) or issued for construction (IFC).

2. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for all re-check and validation activities for all projects.

3. Coordinate with the Project Engineers (PE), Construction, Material, Project Control and the end user/client to ensure the project goals are achieved within the time, cost, quality and safety.

4. Ensure all the engineering calculation, drawings, Material Take-off and Cost Estimates are met the Company standards and procedures.

Deliverables:

1. Calculation validation sheets for Civil/Structural, Mechanical/Piping and Electrical/Instrument drawings.

2. Recommendation or comments on drawings and materials specifications.

3. A log book of the Engineering calculation, drawing and material's review and approval history and activities within CS Engineering Department.

Personnel Requirements:

This service will be performed by

Mechanical/Piping Engineer

Electrical/Instrument Engineer

Civil/Structural Engineer

with requirements:

1. Education background: S-1 with back ground Mechanical/Piping, Electrical/Instrument and Civil/Structural from reputable University.

2. Working experience : minimum 10 years in engineering related projects, prefer candidates who have experience in Engineering Department (prepare calculation, sketch and detail drawings, material specifications, cost estimates)

Skills:

1. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.

2. Expert in reviewing engineering calculations, drawings, Material Take-off (MTO) and Cost Estimates

3. Able to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Outlook)

4. Able to operate the software for checking the engineering calculations such as STAD Pro for Civil/Structural and other softwares.

Personality:

1. Able to work as a team.

2. Can work under pressure and tight target.

3. Willing to work in remote area at Tembagapura, Papua with status of contract employee

•Organizing and ensuring smooth process of product registrations and licenses.

•Having experience in building rapport with BPOM is an advantage.

•Having Knowledge in GMP & GLP is an advantage
