Job Summary:

Coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

 
Client Servicing

▪  Data analyzing for media report.▪  Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful media report.▪  Serve as primary contact to client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.▪  Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards.▪  Communicate client needs to appropriate team members.▪  Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff.▪  Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc.▪  Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standards. 

Functional / Technical

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

▪  S-1 from reputable university (background major are not limited. Graduates from computer sciences, mathematics, economics, marketing, industrial engineering, social engineering, communications, etc can be eligible).▪  Fresh graduates with strong analytical & numeric ability, knowledge in computer HWSW with sociable attitude that can work with others

▪  Minimum 1 years experience in multinational company environment, preferably in advertising agency.▪  Familiar with media industry and media software (e.g. Arianna. IMS Clear Decision, Radio Advisor, and/or AdQuest Millenium)▪  Entry level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies.▪  Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.

1 Pilot Production Planning Manager

Based in Bekasi, Indonesia

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create weekly production plan for pilot production.

Samples should be produced in Pilot Production.

Follow up and supervise this plan in order to internal and customer timelines.

Plan Material, Capacities and Manpower to fulfill targets.

Report Development Management daily about the status.

Fill up free capacities with pilot orders of mass productions and arrange with mass production planning as soon as this occurs.

Create weekly production report consisting output, efficiency, scrap rates, material usage, machine setting reports and tool change times.

Follow up 7S in production and create weekly Audit Teams

Support HR for doing safety trainings.

Supervise safety standards in production.

On-line continuous improvement is Basic Requirement for all our positions

Qualifications and Abilities:

Complete knowledge of Injection Molding Process

Experience of 3 to 5 years on relevant positions.

Excellent skills in using MS office. Especially MS Excel.

Speaking fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English at least.

Huge team-playing and communication skills to work with other departments.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.

Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Honest, faithful and motivated for self learning.

Excellent problem solving / judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Pilot Production Shift Leaders

Based in Bekasi, Indonesia

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow the weekly production plan.

Set up and follow up injection line parameters.

Ensure targets for cycle time, output and quality assurance.

Communicate daily with other both shifts and report to Production Planner.

Execute 7S in production according to actual measures.

Keep the injection lines in good condition and follow daily maintenance tasks.

Supervise safety standards in production.

On-line continuous improvement is Basic Requirement for all our positions!

Qualifications and Abilities:

Complete knowledge of Injection Molding Process
