Manager in Jakarta needed ASAP (2 Positions)

 Our client, A 500 plus rooms Group of Five Star Hotel in Jakarta, Surabaya and Bali is looking for an experienced:
GA Manager 
Responsibilities:
• Hands on General Affair matters (office management, general services management, cleaning service, building maintenance, transportation, etc.)• Representing GA head on day to day operation• Reviewing all expenses on fixed asset purchase• Planning for maintaining the fixed asset as well as office building & working together with building management if necessary• Supervise all GA staff's• Coordinating the usage of company car• Coordinating with the building management on cleaning, security matters, parking & building maintenance• Looking for vendor on fixed asset purchase• Storage management• Developing and following the needs of office space required by business unit• Understand with AMDAL procedural
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Max 35 years old• Bachelor Degree majoring in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent from reputable university with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 scale• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.• Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Job role in Building/Facilities Maintenance or Management.• Required skill(s): Safety & Health Standard, Outsource Security Management & Asset Management.• Preferably Managers specializing in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.• Computer literate• Good understanding and implementation of 5R• Having experience in maintenance building and asset• Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team• Good leadership and communication skill• Cost awareness• Proficient in English is preferable and able to operate windows application.• Have the ability to analyze, able to perform the priority scale, workflow and multi-tasking• Having experience and deep understanding in procurement process• Could make quick and appropriately decision• Competence in leadership, management, communication, analytical problem solving team-work building skills and have a strong negotiation skills.
