We are RPE GROUP also known as RPE-Engineering, Engineering & Contractor Companies for oil and gas industry immediately looking for an HR OfficerRequirements:

    ∙         Bachelor degree (Psychology) from reputable university.∙  

 Minimum have 1 year experience in HR field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).∙         Have knowledge and understanding in Recruitment, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Organization & People Development, Compensation & Benefit, General Affairs and Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation∙         Support the HR function such as recruitment, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.∙         Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent∙         Excellent interpersonal & communication skills∙         The candidate must have good oral and written communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.T
