CALL CENTER STAFF (CC)Responsibilities:
Reporting to Call Center Supervisor, she will ensure customer service excellence to all customers and responsible for call center operations, telephone order processing, and balance report.

Qualification:

• Female, Nice voice, Single, maximum 25 years old• Diploma (D3) in any discipline• Minimum 1 years working experience in service• Accurate• Excellent Customer Service• Excellent communication & Administration skill• A team player
