We are now have immediate opportunities for the right candidates to contribute to the diversity of our business and a career as: Account Payable Officer, Jakarta  ∙         Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management Or Administration from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3,00∙         Minimum 2 years experience in handling Account Payable for Drilling Company or Accounting.∙         Basic knowledge of relevant computer software "advance level Microsoft Excel and SAP B1 accounting software experience is an advantage".∙         Mature, confident, highly motivated and accurate oriented.∙         Fluency in written and speaking English and Good employee interpersonal skills;∙         Good written and verbal communication skills;∙         Able to read and write Mandarin is an advantage. Job Description

∙         Manage, receive, process, and complete supplier's invoice until payment schedule for every suppliers.∙         Process of Account Payable Approval until due date of payments.∙         Cost and project allocation for every invoice at SAP B1 system.∙         Check kind of invoice such as items, amount, VAT calculation, WHT calculation, and whole amount calculation of Invoice based on internal policy & procedure.∙         Handover, arrange & keep original Account Payable Approval and its supporting document that had input.∙         Prepare report of Outstanding Account Payable.∙         Prepare APA document and the list of payment which will be paid weekly.∙         Review and reconcile General Ledger of Account Payable.Interested candidates are invited to send in "1 File Package of PDF Format" your application including, letter of application, resume and copies of qualification and other certificates (attachment max. 300KB) to:  finance@hps-bhzt.co.id  (Please write down the POSITION TITLE you apply as the subject of your email)
