 SALES & OPERATION SUPERVISOR• Male/Female Experience  > 3 years in  retail fashion• Deep understanding of strategic and developing RETAIL sales/Operation• Good Knowledge sales planning and strategy in Store & Dept Store, all the activities of Sales & Operation• Monitoring day to day operational to achieve the target, Arranges all store & outlet to achieve profit  target, Control day to day operational, Control distribution and balance stock/inventory, handling and motivated team.• Have knowledge Key Performance Indicator/Balance Score Card is advantage• Fluent in English & Computer literacy• Good Leadership, Strong Commitment, Data Detail Oriented, Target and Goals Oriented, Integrity• Placement in JAKARTA & SURABAYA
