GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

·Active and dynamic male or female

·Trustworthy, discipline, focus and result oriented person

·Strong leadership experience and team working person

·Having good communication and presentation skill

·Good English and other foreign language out of Indonesia is advantaged

·Have minimum 3 years (2, 3, 4, 6, & 9), minimum 5 years (1, 5, 7 & 8) working experienced in same field

·Creative skill capability and willing to be relocated at any area in Bali

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Director of Sales

·Good knowledge and experienced in Hospitality Business, especially Asia and Europe market (especially for Japan market)

·Hold Minimum S1 Degree from any education background, related background is advantaged

·Good knowledge and experienced in setting up Sales and Marketing team work, cost & budgeting planning and creative strategies to achieve sales target

·Has solid network of hospitality industries and it's market is preferred

Marketing Communication Executive

·Hold minimum Diploma (D3) from any education background, related background is advantaged

·Having knowledge & familiar with print advertising, media planning, POS material design & printing

·Must be fluent in written and speaking English

·Resourceful, hard-working and pro-active

·Able to understand & speak Chinese is definitely an added advantage

Project Site Manager

·Hold S1 Degree from Mechanical or Civil Engineering background

·Experienced in supervising and coordinating building structure projects, architectural work and building design

·Good knowledge of Quality Assurance Management and K3

Recruitment Officer

·Hold S1 from psychology background, psychologist certified is advantaged

·Familiar and experienced in multi and cross cultural psycho-test tools and assessment

·Experienced in setting up and improving recruitment and assessment operating procedure

HR & GA Account Manager

·Hold S1 from any education background

·Having experience in distribution and restaurant industry is preferred

·Having experienced in setting and implementing whole HR & GA policy and procedure

·Good knowledge and experienced of Labor affair, compensation & benefit, employee engagement program and people development process

People Development & Performance Officer

·Hold S1 from any education background, Industrial Engineering or Accounting is advantaged

·Good knowledge of organization and people performance measuring

·Strong capability to organizing, to maintain, and using statistic data

·Experienced in organization structure and job description analysis

·Presentation skill is a must

Office Manager

·Minimum S1 Degree from any education background

·Knowing of Basic Office Standard Procedure

·Wide knowledge of Management & HR

·Good knowledge of productivity and efficiencies Business Process
