Responsibilities :
✍     Developing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program according to company standards ✍     Using a criticality analysis across the factory to gain the quickest overall factory performance. ✍     Provide Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment unplanned failures and Zero Accidents continuously ✍     Maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle of production equipment Requirements :

✍     Male, min age 26 ✍     Min S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering✍     Good english communication skill is a must (both written and spoken)✍     Min 3 years experience in similar position ✍     Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill✍     Must demonstrate initiative✍     Able to work under pressure 

Salary : 5- 7 mio per month

Depending on Qualifications and Experience
