1. Project Manager (Appartment-Bandung)

-Degree in Cicil Engineering and Planning

-Minimum 45 Yo

-Experience in estate/town planning/architecture

-Strong analytical

-Able to write in good english, TOEFl 600

-Good knowledge of property market (office/condomiminum/residential/hotel and retail)

2. Building Manager

-Degree in Cicil Engineering and Planning

-Hands-on experience as Building manager for apartments

-familiar with strata title rules for apartments

-possess knowledge on Engineering

-accounting and other building management aspects,

-willing to work overtime if needed
