TECHNICAL SUPPORT for Darya-Varia Group are a Pharmaceutical Group

Darya-Varia Group are a Pharmaceutical Group engaged in the manufacture and marketing of prescription and OTC medicines. We are inviting young and talented professionals to join us for TECHNICAL SUPPORT position (contractual) with job functions as below:• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of computer related hardware (PC, Netbook, Scanner, Printer, etc).• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting of standard programs (e.g. Windows 2000, Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, etc).• Resolving, coaching, and helping users on computer / software daily usage and difficulties/troubles.• Documenting all support related activities to Helpdesk system.• Support ERP and custom application implementation
 

 

Requirement:

∙             Male, with max. age 27 years old∙             Min. D3 majoring in Information Technology. Fresh graduates are welcomed.∙             Good in network∙             Having personal vehicle (e.g. motorcycle or car)∙             Willing to be placed at Gunung Putri & Citeureup plant
